Post Sadie Lincoln, Barre 3 Founder article

I know some of you are Barre 3 and Sadie Lincoln fans. I came across this article today on her as a leader, and I thought it was inspiring.

Thanks for sharing! I’ve always liked Sadie & enjoyed her workouts. I’m glad things are going well for her after a rough patch.

Interesting story! I admire her taking the steps she did to smooth things out instead of turning into one of those awful business leaders nobody wants to work for. Though - I can't imagine Sadie being that way.

wow, what an awesome article. I'm really loving barre3. I love that there is no pressure to 'perform' in the workouts. It's encouraged to downshift if you feel the need on any given day. I love that the lower-intensity modifier in the videos is sometimes thin and the higher-intensity modifier is sometimes more padded, instead of it always being the reverse. It's so refreshing.

That was a nice article!

Sadie's husband, Chris Lincoln, graduated from my alma matter, Bucknell University--4 years behind me actually!
