Jessica's summer plan

Got an email from Jessica Smith today talking about her upcoming Summer Of Strength rotation which begins on May 20th.

Anyone interested??

I may be interested. I'll see the what the details are when she sends her next email. I hope the schedule will be simple and to the point. If I'm given too many choices and/or substitutions, I end up doing nothing.

I own all her sets and single DVDs with the exception of some yoga and stretches so I should be ready for whatever schedule she comes up with.

Definitely interested! I'm doing the rotation on the back of her Power Walk DVD right now and will be ready to try something new by the time the Summer of Strength comes out.

I will probably do it - I'm in the middle of her Spring rotation right now - I got a late start because of physical therapy.

I admit I've never actually done a Jessica rotation, even with all her workouts I own. I dabble here and there. But lately I've had so many aches and pains from whatever I've been doing exercise-wise that I've been sticking to Leslie and Jessica. So I think this might be a good time to follow an actual rotation of hers. I'm ready and curious!

I'm interested. I usually do her challenges, although I don't do all the workouts. I mostly do the strength workouts, as I do outdoor walking for my cardio.

Do you mean the rotation on the back of her Get Strong DVD?* The back of Power Walk just lists the chaptered miles.

*I might do that one!

I might do it. I'll have to see what it consists of, specifically, before committing, though. I've been doing my own thing, lately, trying to increase my poundage before trying to follow a DVD strength workout. I was SO de-conditioned after a long hiatus from formal exercise, and I've had a tough time getting back to 'normal.' I'm doing well now, I think, so this might be just what I need to get back on track. Of course, I could always modify it to my preferences and needs.
