Your thoughts on these Jessica Smith workouts
I am thinking about getting some new workouts. What are your thoughts on these, pros and cons. I am also interested in her new ones but they are not available at this time. So in the mean time, these are the ones I am considering. TIA

I really like the 21-Day Plan and, while I have the others you listed, I admit that I haven't used those much due to some health issues I was having when I acquired those. (When I got the 21-Day Plan I was still pretty fit and well enough to use them.) I'm on the mend now and getting my fitness level back to normal, so maybe I will get back to using my other DVDs soon!
