Your thoughts on these Jessica Smith workouts

I am thinking about getting some new workouts. What are your thoughts on these, pros and cons. I am also interested in her new ones but they are not available at this time. So in the mean time, these are the ones I am considering. TIA

The 21 Day Weight Loss Plan is one of my very favorites. I would highly recommend that one. As much as I love Jessica, the 5 Mix and Match Miles is one of my least favorites of her workouts.

I purchased the 21 day set recently and really like it.

Not on your list, but I also bought the 30 day 3 disk set around the same time and am equally happy with it.

I have every Jessica workout and the 21 Day Weight Loss set is one of my alltime favorites too.

I really like the 21-Day Plan and, while I have the others you listed, I admit that I haven't used those much due to some health issues I was having when I acquired those. (When I got the 21-Day Plan I was still pretty fit and well enough to use them.) I'm on the mend now and getting my fitness level back to normal, so maybe I will get back to using my other DVDs soon!

Another DVD of hers, that is similar to the ones you listed, is this:

I am so glad you posted about the 5 Fat Burning Miles. I looked in my stash for it since it looked familiar, I have it! I probably tried it one time but didn't continue with it. I have recently decided to work on my steps and doing longer, less intense cardio. I have been seeing some progress with my weight again. I was probably at a time that I was doing shorter, hiit type workouts.

The 21 Day Set, as well as her 15 Minute Fast Fat Blasts, which was released concurrently are my two favorite sets. Love them both.
