Yes, I'm sure it would. In fact, I probably should not even try to be on the balls of the feet because that's what puts even mores stress on my quads and knee joints. Next time I do one of the workouts (probably Wednesday), I'll try to work higher and see what happens. Thanks, Carol!

I'm using Cassey Ho's PIIT28 1,0 right now with doing some barre3 everyday. It's my ultimate love handle, batwing, just core solution.. I think it's the generally total body emphasis with the engaged core that really helps me.. shrink (slowly) and sweat. I have gotten to the shakes and quakes stage now all the time..
Yesterday I did half of Harper's new Centred Strength.. just excellent instruction and toning without OVERKILL. It just gets the job done. |
