I did Cardio/Strength for the first time today. I will have to try it with my rebounder. Thanks for the suggestion!

I'm not fond of kickbox style cardio and there's a lot of that in these workouts.

I wanted to like these but knew from the clips they were not for me. Glad we can preview before buying!

Even though Michelle's on my "instructors I want to like but don't" list, I was somewhat interested in Peak 10 because of all the raves. I looked at clips over and over and finally decided nope, not happening. There's something about her that just doesn't click with me. I guess it's not fair to say that I don't like it when I haven't even done it, but it doesn't look good enough for me to overlook that Michelle's the instructor.

....

six months later, it's on my wish list I thought I'd come back and share that info. lol (6/10/11)

I feel the same way. I actually do not enjoy either of the Peak 10 workouts. I've tried them a few times each, because I keep reading such rave reviews about it, that it makes me feel like it must be me, but try as I might, I don't enjoy them. I just did Peak 10 Cardio yesterday, and I was counting down the blocks. Strange for me, because I LOVE kickbxing, and since this one has quite a bit of KB in it, I thought for sure I'd enjoy this workout, but I am just not feeling the Love. I'm finally thinking about putting them up for trade for hopefully Paul Katami or Michelle Carmichael. I just don't want to try to like Peak 10 anymore

The clips just looked to loud: the music shouting, that dinging bell noise.

Yes, that was it for me--too loud. I live near a fire station. Mercy, I don't need more of that! I'm anxious enough these days. Buzzers, bells, shouting and whooping--just over it I guess.

Michelle moves too fast for me - I always seem to be half a beat behind her. I really wanted to like these workouts.

I could not get past 20 minutes of Peak 10 Cardio. I pulled it out of the dvd and moved onto something else. I wanted to give Michelle another chance after the body breakthru series. I don't think I will be buying anymore of her workouts.

If I'm looking at the clock before the warm up is finished something is wrong. I just could not get into it. It was way too much jumping. Instructors need to realize that high intensity should not mean high impact.
