My BB workouts.

KPC/LG - I love these! I don't do LG so much, but KPC is one of my all time favorite cardio workouts.

Squeeze, Squeeze Stronger
I have no idea which BeachBody workouts I had at the time, but I've parted with Slim Series and kept only two Turbo Jam (been meaning to donate one).

Sadly, I had to let go of KPC because it made my sciatica worse.

I still have Squeeze and Squeeze Stronger. I rarely use them, though.

I still have everything I said I would never part with!!!

As a matter of fact, I am starting a Firm classic rotation, and those are the first things on the list I said I'd never part with.

I also listed Core Fusions, and I just finished a rotation with CF!

On the recent thread where someone asked what we would replace if we had to start over, I said both of the above and also P90X. Well waddaya know, I listed P90X as a "never get rid of" 10 years ago. Apparently I haven't changed that much!

I loved looking through all the familiar names in that thread also. That was when VF was still really active, and I got a twinge of happiness seeing everyone again. It was like watching an old familiar movie you love, and realizing how old you've gotten and how things have changed. I don't know if that makes me happy or sad!

I checked that thread. The only thing I've gotten rid of are the KY's. Everything else on my old list is still something with which I'll never part. The KYs were hurting my back and my knees. The other things on that list rehab my back and my knees.

I didn't contribute to that thread but can confirm that I haven't gotten rid of anything since that time. I might start purging my collection in the new year though. We'll see!

Buzzer, can you send me your Core Fusion rotation? This week has been rough for me, and I won't be able to use weights. I need to ease back in, and I think bodyweight stuff will be the way to do it

I've learned not to get rid of anything (unless it has something I really hate...like miked background exercisers) because I then end up rebuying.

This was my list:

STS
Body Max 2 (my favorite step workout)
Firm Body Sculpt with Jen Carmen
Windsor Pilates Bun & Thigh Workout
PUB
In Shape with Rachel McLish (my 1st weight workout ever)
Firm Power Sculpt (such a quick, fun little workout)

I still own them all, but I no longer have a VCR so I'm unable to do the Rachel McLish workout. I haven't done STS or Firm Body Sculpt in years, but maybe someday...

Bummer. I didn’t respond. I’d like to see what I would have said.

You probably didn't want to commit, Joni.
