I was looking for barre with more of a ballet vibe, and I think Candace's programs are closer to what I wanted. It's just too bad she doesn't have more workouts on DVD...
Now I just need to decide whether to do "Ballet Fit" or "Ballet Boot Camp" first! Is one a little easier for barre beginners and people who don't do much strength training, or would either one be fine to start with?
