I am laughing and snorting out loud to this one.
Oh - and to amichiganfan - I thought that was what they were saying in the firm too!!! I keep hearing it in FIRM Tortoise when Tracie gently reminds us "begginers no weights" and I hear "begginers NO WAY". I laughed so hard when I finally figured it out. Angela M. |

There was only one part of that video I liked (either the warmup or cooldown, I don't remember; the rest was much too fast) and the "potty parade" was in there.
