I too have fitness gluttony. I want to experience all the styles and equipment to go with it. Oh and all the instructors and their different takes on fitness. If I could exercise most of the day I would and I did for a time when I was teaching. It brings joy.
There is a world of joy to be had, kickboxing, weights, spinning, step, gliding, rebounding, yoga, kettlebells, body weight, outdoor workouts, walking with my walking buddy and dog or without, steady state cardio, tubing /bands, a little dance, HiiT, periods at the gym, stretches galore, combinations of the above.....
However, every now and then I have to place myself on an anti gluttony diet and The FIRM would be my equivalent of a diet. Serious, calm, solid with weights and cardio, my maintenance plan.
