Fitness Gluttony

I think I am a fitness glutton.

I want to take a bite out of everything - from heavy weights to light weights, from dancing to yoga. Spinning, Jill Miller, Classical Stretch, Zuzka, Buti, Tracy, Cathe, Hamelin, everything Kettlebells and Beach Body, Dream Body, Ballet Body, Tonique, Yin the Zone, ART Method, Ballet Beautiful, and every single streaming site known to man. I even want to be a Pole Dancer.

I am stuffed, yet malnourished. My eyes are bigger than my stomach, and I find I suffer from analysis paralysis.

fun gazillion Firms including VHS
my coach Cathe ,my pal and fav...I have so much of her that I need to flip a coin..her step or her other killer dread workouts...How do I fit in STS???!!!
Beachbody sets..joking Tony,shake w/chalene and not shake w/ Dan & Rachel...and I want Bodypump for Christmas...still on the fence about it.

"are you with me?" w/Amy Bento Ross..love her smile and positive intense energy.
Get down and serious w/Tracie Long and her cute shoes
work outdoors in the mountains with chatty Charlene Prickett who talks about the latest research on fat and things like men's testosterone and sperm....I kid you not!
gay gasper(so happy and I feel like she loves me..haha) ,Rob Glick(love his voice),and all the CIA's(if you remember those?) DVD's and VHS
Joyce Vedral ..my favorite because I love the pyramid system but I can't choose between my beloved Cathe!


Bosu or step?
kettlebell..dipping my toes in this form of training..still worried about form.
Metabolic training ,Tabata , HiiT or steady state aerobics.
Sliding or Boxing with gloves?
kickboxing? so fun~

Its so hard to decided and I want to do them all!!!!
I could work out all day if I could. But my adrenal glands won't let me so I have to keep it to 1 hour. It's like a kid in a candy store. And can't go 2 days without using my DVD's and VHS. Who needs a club when I have my exercise dvd and vhs collection.
yup, I'm a fitness glutten although I prefer to say a vidiot..lol!!

Me too. I even have a couple of pole dancing DVDs (I found at a garage sale, but can't figure out where to put the pole, if I got one!). At least we don't wonder what to do when we have free time!

I too have fitness gluttony. I want to experience all the styles and equipment to go with it. Oh and all the instructors and their different takes on fitness. If I could exercise most of the day I would and I did for a time when I was teaching. It brings joy.
There is a world of joy to be had, kickboxing, weights, spinning, step, gliding, rebounding, yoga, kettlebells, body weight, outdoor workouts, walking with my walking buddy and dog or without, steady state cardio, tubing /bands, a little dance, HiiT, periods at the gym, stretches galore, combinations of the above.....
However, every now and then I have to place myself on an anti gluttony diet and The FIRM would be my equivalent of a diet. Serious, calm, solid with weights and cardio, my maintenance plan.

Include me too! Actually I think I suffer more from exercise ADD. I'm always wanting to try something new! And I do have a pretty wide selection to choose from.

But heck, variety is the spice of life, isn't it?
