Ballet Body Downloads

If you have downloaded any, which are your favorites?

I've downloaded five---the plyo/isometric sessions, thigh dancing ones, and one of the thigh-focused beginner's download. I'm tempted to get the beginner's core sessions, as well.

Suzanne - I have almost all the downloads of BB. Are you a beginner at barre/Ballet Body? I ask because if you are, I would start at the Level 1 downloads. I am advanced and I have Ballet Body Periodization System 1 & 2. Are you looking for just core ones? AbTightener 1- twist or AbTightener 2 pendulum are excellent core ones. Actually, I love every Ballet Body downloads I have. For the lower body, I think the Elongation Series are really good to start with, number 1 from that series seems to be beginner. It's so hard to say for me, because I love them all. I have been on a Ballet Body love fest this last few months. I got some of the downloads about a year ago and couldn't get into them, but recently I started doing them and loved them so much, I purchased almost every download she has. I might be missing about six of them, though.

Cheryl - Thanks. I've been doing barre for awhile, but I consider myself low intermediate when it comes to Leah. I did one of the beginner's downloads this morning and was burning. I'm most interested in the leg and core workouts. My next purchase will be the rest of the beginner's downloads and I'll get the number 1 Elongation d/l, as you suggested.

Suzanne - I get what you mean that Leah is advanced when it comes to barre workouts. I feel that way, anyway. For abs, I love Abs- circular core, dancing abs 1, AbsStretchReach 2, I would say they are low intermediate, oh yea, Side Planks 1 is a short segment, about 10 minutes, I think. As for lower body, Ballet Body Step Sculpt is good but not advanced. Actually, any of the ones that have 1 after them are the low intermediate ones. You will progress quite quickly if you keep at it.
