Nux is giving away a free mask, for the first 1000 orders. They are free with any purchase or free if you want to just pay the $5.99 shipping fee.

Thanks Sand! I ordered the one mask to see how it be. We'll see.

I'm so glad these are working for you! I'm a little worried how hot the terrycloth will feel in the summer, but am so far finding them comfortable, plus they stay on well.

I ordered the Thompson Tee masks linked upthread and I like them. I have two handmade masks (that tie) in lovely patterned fabric and metal to hold it to the nose...but I just don't find that style as convenient to throw on.

I've gotten several from Tessuti Zoo, a wild and whimsical store in my county. Well made and comfortable. https://tessutizoo.com

Also, I have a lot of bandanas, and this blog has instructions for making a mask with a bandana and hair ties or, scroll down to the end, tops of sox or knee-highs. No sewing!

My local Walgreens is now carrying cloth masks in different colors/designs for $5.99. I picked up a green camo one

Second the thanks for the Los Angeles Apparel masks recommendation! I ordered on a Thursday and they arrived the following Tuesday. Mind you, I'm on the opposite coast. They are cute, sized well and the adjustable elastic makes for a great fit. I got the 4 pack cat print (of course! ). I also got some of the Thompson Tee ones, black and white. The black ones fit my DH better for some reason so he's using those. These are very comfortable too and the material is nice and soft. The LAA masks also fit DH and he has worn one of those too.

This is such a great place and I appreciate the recommendations!

I bought an Oura mask and a Ministry of Supply mask, the latter of which hasn't arrived yet. I got them mainly in case of emergency, as we don't plan on interacting with anyone unless we absolutely have to for the foreseeable future. DH is especially vulnerable.

Both are on the expensive side, but were the best I could find. Cheap insurance in my mind since this virus is likely to be with us for some time.

I ordered two masks from Tessuti Zoo on your recommendation and liked them so much that I've ordered two more.
