Favorite Instapot cookbooks?

I've had an instapot for a few years, but don't use it much. Can anyone recommend a good instapot cookbook? I know there are tons of websites with recipes, but I've found I prefer using cookbooks in the kitchen. TIA!

I was just looking at two online, and thought I'd share.

Are they any good? I've no idea, but the author's youtube channel seems well done. (Editing to add, I looked at the previews on goodreads and am not all that impressed, but I do like her youtube channel)

The ones I have don't impress me much, but I've got a 3 quart version and I haven't seen many cookbooks for those.

I have not heard of Flo Lum, so thank you for sharing! Watching her YouTube channel for inspiration as my hubby loves chinese food!

DD has a 3 quart Instant Pot so I got her The instant Pot Bible by Bruce Weinstein and Mark Scarbrough. It has lots of recipes and while they’re written for the 6 quart Instant Pot, it gives instructions for adapting them for the 3 quart and 8 quart Instant Pots.

I love The Detoxinista Instant Pot Cookbook. She also has a great website with loads of recipes. One of my favorites from the website is the instant pot lentil soup.

Oh, this looks like a very good option! I don't eat beef or pork at all, and lean toward plant based a lot so this cookbook looks like a great choice!

Honestly, cooking blogs give me all the IP recipes I need or want.

That said I like two vegan books, Vegan Pressure Cooking by JL Fields and Vegan Under Pressure by Jill Nussinow. I have most of Skinnytaste cookbooks on my Kindle and her IP recipes are good.

I have another one for omnivores but can't find it on my Kindle right now.

The author of this blog has a book I like:

I mainly use recipes from blogs. I have not found many instant pot cookbooks I like.

I also like Skinnytaste and Detoxinista.

I love Pinterest for IP recipes but I know it can be overwhelming.

I’ve just gotten away from using cookbooks, sorry I don’t have any suggestions!

This website is a fave, Amy + Jacky, any recipes I’ve tried have turned out great:

They also have a Facebook group:
