Tracy Anderson Glutecentric Hipcentric Metamorphosis Continuity

can anyone recommend which one is best for keeping your butt round and high, but also slimming the thighs (especially UPPER thighs, inner thighs and saddle bag area)?

thanks!

i was thinking about alternating continuity-5 days of hip and 5 days of glute- or alternating continuity (3 months hip, 3 months glute).

sounds like glute perhaps hip. some TA users have found hip to flatten their butt so that's why glute may be better.

My behind didn't flatten out as much with Glute as it did with Hip, but I still had to add in other workouts to keep things "perky". Even my DH noticed how much I had flattened out there (and he normally would never say anything).

anyone else?

i think i care more about slimming thighs because i can do other things to keep my butt perky? is hipcentric continuity that much better for slimming thighs than glutecentric continuity?

For saddlebags (outer thighs), then Hipcentric. For the glutes especially lifting, it would be Glutecentric. Also TA said that if you lift your butt up with your hands and your inner thighs look slimmer, you should get Glutecentric.
