Saturday was lap swimming. Today, it is raining so hard I could swim in the parking lot. I’ll see if I can get a dvd in today.

I am really and sincerely wanting to make some positive health changes, and last week I made some habit changes during the week that made me feel better, and I did a better job at meal planning so the prep was easier in the evenings. This week, I plan to keep those changes going as well as add in my exercise.
Yesterday we got to go see the 4 y/o's T-Ball game and the 6 y/o's ball practice. We had a blast. Those T-Ball kids were a hoot! It was a great way to start a week or end a weekend, whichever you choose.
Yesterday was Xtrain Super Cuts - Timesaver 1st Half.
Will do something this afternoon, and then we have to clean up the porches to prep for Zeta. We're under a Tropical Storm Warning through the morning with gusts up to 60 mph, so that's a lot for around here. We've delayed school in the morning already.
