Jillian and RKS??
I purchased RKS a month or two ago but due to life getting in the way I havent done any of the workouts yet, nor have I previewed many of them.
I have the following Jillian's....
Shred
NMTZ
BFBM
6 Week 6 Pack
Ripped in 30
Killer Buns & Thighs (just ordered)
As far as KB's go, in addition to RKS I have the 30 minute workout that came with Bob Harper's contoured KB.
Would combining a shorter Jillian workout with an RKS workout be too much or too repetitive?? I dont think I'd do RKS on the same day as NMTZ or BFBM since those workouts are a bit longer.
