The Firm- Total Body Shaping mix
I don't reach for this often since it is 71 minutes, but it is a solid workout! Not too many leg presses, great cardio, decent weight work, and even some lying leg work and abs. I definitely like the variety in total body rather than spending a lot of time working one body part.

This was the only Firm I liked. I had this on vhs and always contemplated buying the dvd, but never did. It's the best Firm, imo.

I did Cathe's Total Giant Sets.

Cathe Supersets warmup
Firm Strength - stretch and strength segments only

While I like these Firms they are a bit long for me nowadays, I took advantage of the good chaptering and skipped the warmup, two of the three cardio segments and the abs. It brought the workout down to 40 minutes and I liked doing it this way. I might be more apt to do these more often if I shorten them up like this, and I am feeling it today.

I didn't have this workout when it was first released; I bought it used a few years ago when I was acquiring more FIRM workouts. I have not done this workout much and I should! It is definitely one of the better FIRM workouts!

Amy Bento ASC 3 Good NRG premix - this is a great premix; I have to remind myself that her abs on this one are each 15 minutes, so if the premix includes them and I'm not doing them I can take that time off. Love the Power Up section on ASC3!
