Is the summer challenge they did a few years back & 28 day challenge the same? I think I can commit to these for a month.

A rotation calendar came with the set. I think there was a rotation for 3x, 4X etc days each week for a month. Can't remember if the rotation for the challenge was the same. Plus there were choices for doubling up.

there are 2 sets on amazon, basic and Dweluxe, I believe the difference is the band and the pilates right? I have bands, do I really need a pilates ring? what could I use instead? It looks like both sets have the same amount of dvds?

ETA.... I read now the difference is the pilates ring, band, and nutrition guide.

You could use a pilates ball (like used for barre) instead of the pilates ring, if I remember properly there is one person using the ball during the workouts. Both sets have the same amount of DVDs, I don't have a ring either, hth.

I have 2 one is a little smaller and softer. The other is a larger one more like a playground ball. They both work fine. They also substitute a ball for the ring in the workouts.

I didn't like Fe Fit. Too much chatter....it isn't my type of workout anyway.
