I was at Target last night and they didn't even have 1lb weights-they only had 2lb and up! Maybe Walmart today.....I need a Stability ball again now too!

You can always drop your 2#s when they get heavy. Like Sue said there are moves that have you reaching overhead and also cardio where you are jumping up and *for me* the weights can get heavy here. These moves are plenty intense without weights.

That's what I did. As a heads up, there is no real warm up. She just jumps right in doing skaters with arms overhead holding the ball. I warmed up on my own about 5 mins. Just did this one yesterday

I've been using one pounders or no weights at all and I get a good burn going. I found my one pounders at a local Job Lot. If you have a dollar store or Job Lot near you check it out.

Until you find them, you probably can use either water bottles, cans or weighted gloves. I have 1 lb weights that I found with a walking kit a while back. I think I still see them at Marshalls or TJ Max.

I bought 1 lb sand weight from Target last week. They also come in 1.5 lbs.
They are called Comfort Grip Walking Weights.

I've seen these at Marshalls and TJ Maxx for $7.99. They're nice because you don't actually have to hold them. Just slip your hand through.
