once downloaded, how do you burn it to a dvd? do you need a special program?

Wow! This thread exploded. Thanks guys. I know everyone has different results, but it's nice to know what is possible for some. I think I'm going to have to give this a try...I'll test out my first downloads. I love doing new things and I would love to still be muscular but smaller as well.

I use Air video on my ipod touch which I hook to my computer, then I can play any video on my computer (over our wifi) without having to put it on my iPod touch memory...Air video is a neat little app!

it's awesome, I can add chapters and stuff

I just want to thank you all for this thread. I just got ballet body's 4 beginner workouts and did upper body and abs this morning. Loved it. So now I have to decided if I want to subscrip or just start buying all the archives.

If you subscribe, you get the four basics workouts for free, plus a discount on all of the archives -- so it's definitely more cost effective.
