4 p.m. KCM Cardio Pump workout #2 followed by the 10 minute stretch in Denise Austinís Bootcamp :-)

I had 7:00 pm as well. I did 25 mins of yoga and QiGong Day 1 of 30 Day Challenge.

I had the 8 p.m. slot. I started a bit early and did Catheís PHA3 with bonus abs and extended stretch. I felt this, because I haven't done this type of workout in a while. I tend to stick to traditional lifting with machines and free weights. So this workout proved that I need to mix my workouts up more.

I always enjoy the New Yearís Day Marathon because I try new workouts and become motivated to push harder in the coming year. It feels like getting a fresh start.

I had the 9 p.m. slot and just finished Turbo Jam Learn and Burn. This has been a lazy holiday season for me so I needed something to start the year off slowly

I had 11 p.m. and also did PHA3 but I wasnít as hard working as Fitboop because I didnít do the extra abs or extended stretch just the plain workout . It was a good start to the year.

I had 3 pm, and I did Classical Stretch, Back and Knee routine.

Thanks for doing the final hour of the Marathon!

PHA3 is a good workout, but next time I will do it earlier in the day, when I have more energy. The abs section is pretty tough, but I liked it. The extended stretch was nice.

Hope everyone had fun doing this yearís marathon!
