I think Jari Love Ripped and Chiseled and Slim and Lean are similar to body pump. I've only had a few Cathe's, and the only one (that I've tried) that I think is possibly similar is High Reps. The only KCM I own is split sessions. I love it, but it's not like Body Pump.

I have Kelley's split sessions and I really like it; I had trouble with my knees doing body pump and Kelley's DVD is really do-able (in my opinion). For a time I had done Kathy Smith's lift weights to lose weight, but really didn't like it. Never have done any Cathe.

Cathe's Power Hour and High Reps.

Jari's first 5 DVD's are Body Pump-like.

Kelly doesn't have any strength dvds that are like a Body Pump class, in my opinion.
