I did Kelly's 'raw" boxing workout this morning and I very much enjoyed it. I used the heavy bag along with her brother for some of the exercises and for the rest of the exercises I used weighed gloves and dumbbells.

I've done the boxing one with my heavy bag and the upper body workout and liked them both a lot. I am planning on doing the lower body workout tomorrow, but I don't have kettlebells so I will just do something else during those segments.

I just use a dumbbell. It was fine.

Thanks for posting Char. It looks good. I just wish she wouldn't repeat so many times, but I might change my mind when I actually do the workout.

Looks like another good workout from Kelly! But I'll sub kettlebell swings for the medicine ball slam; I don't think my hardwood floors would appreciate those!

Great modification idea! I'll try that as well as I can't do slams in my rec room either.
