Cathe's Slow & Heavy Legs and Shoulders.

those legs, owww. I feel like this was so much harder than my last round with this. Or maybe I say that every time? Those slow opening squats almost did me in . . .

Stephanie, I adore Slow & Heavy. It's my favorite weight series ever and I still do cycles of it every so often.

Today I did Tony Massenburg's Ignite (first time and I loved it!), skipped the stretch and did a 30 minute Jessica Smith HIIT walk.

I did the Callanetics Core something or other. Have had this one since the first part of December and today was the first time I did it. I liked it a lot.
but I didn't see a whole lot of difference between this and pilates.

I have this one waiting at the library for me. Glad you like it. I will try it this weekend.

Did Fit Split Low Impact Cardio/MC. 2nd time doing it and really worked it. Just wish I had better control over my paper plates.
