Hamelin sale

I got a sale message From Hamelin D’ Abell on Friday but forgot about it.

Does anyone use this and has Good results? I remember I did not like the music he uses from earlier workouts ( Techno) and I did not hear him very good.

I only have one of his fusion sets. I actually liked his music (not all techno, a mix of different types). The fusions aren't considered that hard (for Hamelin!) but they were a nice challenge that didn't totally wipe me out. His model workouts and inch loss workouts seem to be the ones that get the most discussion with regard to great results.

I bought Fushion Course 1 and Deep Toning Course 1.

Fushion sounds great and I read a post about the deep toning ( someone told she had great results) so I was interested in that as well. The Model workout is too long for me. I like kickboxing more for cardio and walking.

At my work I do bootcamp ( bodypump, boxing and interval combined).
I see that the sale is still going on.

I'm thinking about Deep Toning 2; someone said it had more barre in it. I may pick up Inch Loss 17, although I don't like longer workouts. It might be a good one to pull in on the weekend. I have a few of the model and one hour Inch Loss workouts.
