I just did Cardio Circuit 1. I do Insanity, Cathe and I run and spin, and this workout kicked my butt. There was no downtime and the "breaks" were 15 seconds. I'm a sweaty mess. This one was definitely high intermediate, low advanced. I did not eat a lot yesterday, so it may have been tougher due to that, but I had to take some breaks here and there.

Here's the breakdown - is this like the DVD's?

Warm up

Jumping Jacks
Walking Soldiers (straight leg lift - straight arms)
Lunge side to side
Pushups

Workout

Burpees
Fore arm to Plank pushups
Crunches

High knee run
Left over right plank (right hand to right hand and back
Mountain climbers
Bicycle
Power Step Ups (knee

Pliet squat jumps
Tricep dips
V sits with leg push out
Butt kicks

Cross Jacks
Squat leg extension
Crunches - knees to elbows
Inside outside pushups

Squat punch
Lunge push kick
Circle abs
Calf runs (toe on ground)
Squat jacks - no arms
Standing crunches - knees to opposite elbow
Forearm plank hold
Run

Cooldown

Yes. I have the feeling the streaming is a bit tougher - but I don't know.

I'm tempted to sign up but I already subscribe to Barre3 and 2 yoga sites. Too many choices, too little time.

For the DVD set, is this low weights only, or is it possible to increase them?

It's higher rep. They use 3#, some people here use 5 #. I wouldn't really go above 5 as the movements are faster and designed to be used with smaller weights.

Keep in mind that while the weights are lighter, there are a lot of body weight exercises such as push ups, tricep dips, etc.

If you are looking for more of a true strength conditioning workout, this might not be for you. But no harm in trying the free 30 day streaming trial. It's good.

Yes, thank you! It looks great.

Christine, the Cardio Circuit 1 you did sounds like the one I did (well, half of it -from the essentials)-, I've not previewed Cardio Circuit 1 so can't tell for sure. But, the stretch flow from the essentials is half of Stretch Flow 1, I know because I've done both, my only complaint is that the last stretch from the essentials is missing the second leg (def. an edition mistake as it is there on SF1), so I add an extra 30 sec on my own to get the other leg done.

I got them. I just need time to view them versus the streaming. Maybe tonight. My daughter is coming in to town, so I'll be busy, but I want to know - I have a little more control over a DVD, so I would prefer to use them if they are similar. As Core 1 is tomorrow I'll definitely compare the streaming to the DVD.

Bubbles, I agree on the price, very affordable.

I did ask them if they would create a new set in the future, and they replied me about the streaming service, so I guess no more Dvds for now.
Yeah, I'm ok with streaming, though I do prefer DVDs for the ease...

Christine,
thank you for posting the rotation! I was curious how it might look!
