Received my DVDs today. I live close to Rodale's. I'm doing an ICE rotation now but, I will try these next.

I was trying not to but I finally caved today. Smilingwolf - I would love to know your impressions, even if you just preview them.

Will you take a look at the workouts before you finish your ICE rotation? Just to give us almost cavers a reason to or not.

I previewed the first disc, six pack supersets. One exerciser shows the basic variation and the other two show intermediate, and advanced variations for each exercise. The progressions get more difficult as the workout goes on. The main exercises used were hip thrusts, planks and different variations of weighted squats. One exercise activates the core and glutes and is followed by a multi-joint exercise. The rest periods are short. Funny quote from BJ "Glutes are like hotdogs, they plump when you cook em'". I love his sense of humor. Hoping I don't break up laughing during the workout. He does yell a bit, but I find his tone motivating. But, more importantly, he gives very good form pointers. It looks like it will be a good challenge. I'm going to try it in the next few days and will report back.

Thank you for the quick review. The workout you described sounds solid. I love BJ Gaddour's humor too. My set should hopefully arrive soon.
