? for barre experts about thigh dancing
What is thigh dancing? Is it much different from knee dancing in barre-type workouts? I have searched on this site but did not find an answer (seen it mentioned here but not sure what it is).

 . That was not what I had imagined for thigh dancing, I thought it would be some sort of standing exercise.
