Well, I don't have a "bouncing" medicine ball and all I can hear is this guy yelling (in a fun way, of course). Is there any music? I guess we're just working out with him alone?
Lately I've been preferring metabolic workouts over steady state aerobics so these look great. I probably shouldn't be doing these kinds of workouts with my low energy levels, but.....
