New/Upcoming Release Mike Donavanik to film DVD series in July

Mike Donavanik posted a video on his YouTube channel announcing that he'll be filming a DVD series in July/August with a release date of late October/November. No other details such as type of workouts, length of workouts, equipment, etc., were given. I'll be curious as more details get posted as I'm currently appreciating metabolic conditioning workouts much more than previously and his certainly fit that bill.

I just rented Extreme Burn and Extreme Burn Ripped from kineticflix.com. Loved these workouts!!!! I'll be very interested in his next releases.

Update: He's filming starting August 20th. He also mentioned that his director had previously worked with Bob Harper, Zuzka, Casey Ho, and Sting.

I like him a lot, but am unhappy with his DVDs because the set is so dark. I hope that's improved upon for this series because I want to buy it just knowing it's him!

I really like him and think his workouts are fun. So, even though I already have more metabolic workouts than I need, I will still probably get this new series... Eventually...

I am really excited about this one! I love Mike's workouts and he has a great personality. Sheesh, between this, the new Sagi and Autumn workouts (Hammer and Chisel) and Cathe's ICE series I guess I'm back to spending money on dvds! lol I was doing so good during the first half of the year...
