Peak 10 Cardio Strength Studio Version 1/19 minutes of CS Season 8 Episode 25 Feet & Ankles
I'm not sure what I think about the Studio Version. I liked that the peaks were shorter. I got very winded during the "strength" portions. It was quite a frantic pace and I think going a tad bit slower would make the workout more enjoyable. I think that in time, I will master it but I'm o.k. with the process.
