I thought that too - their Steps are sandwiched sooo close together. Maybe one fewer backgrounder would have been better?

Can I also say: I hate that Jari is cranking her neck upwards to look at the camera during pushups and planks. I hate even more that her backgrounders are copying that!

It does look like a crowd, doesn't it? I didn't think I would care, but it makes it sort of hard to focus on one exerciser; it's visually confusing.

I like the idea of the short premixes but I do that with the older Jaris by skipping chapters I don't want. And I have lots of 30MTF DVDs to fill that niche, too. I don't really think I want this.

I saw Mary's breakdown, and that's what shows me that I can't split this into upper and lower body. Some chapters contain both.

Is the woman leading some of the exercises Jari's sister? I know she has a bunch of them - they were in a singing group together years ago - and she reminds me of Jari: tall, slender, similar hair.

And the 3 20min routines are actually 30 minutes with their warmups and cooldowns. I like that!

It's a 30 minute premix. I think that you can find on the Lean Machine and Body Rock dvds, but maybe someone can verify that for me.
