New/Upcoming Release BJ Gaddour- Speed Shred System

I just spotted this set over at the Rodale Store, I think it's new ?

Hmmm- the titles are similar to the 2012 Speed Shred release- so I'm starting to think it's just a re-release. Very misleading with the new packaging

Anyone have any info about this set ?

BJ posted on instagram that in August he's filming MetaShred 2 with release date Jan. 2017. He posts moves he's field testing for August.

I'm in a funk right now after having a severe respiratory infection that lasted weeks, so maybe I'll pull out MetaShred out again. I can do 3 days a week of BJ Gaddour....

I sure got excited when I saw the subject. I haven't picked up MetaShred yet and now it sounds like MS2 coming later.

Question for anyone....of all the BJ Gaddour workout sets, which one is your favorite? And which one is hardest? He has so many!

I'm curious to know, too. Anyone? Is MetaShred the hardest B.J. Gaddour system? Is DeltaFit/SpeedShred similar to MetaShred?

I did my first MetaShred workout last night. I loved it! I enjoyed BJ, too.
