Good morning everyone. Light day yesterday. I am doing a three day Pilates program on Glo - called Let's Start at the Very Beginning. It was the first Glo stinker I've ever encountered. First off I didn't care for the teacher; also, she starts day one of "very beginners" right off with one-legged bridges and then one-legged bridges with raising and lowering the opposite leg, then marching in place, with your butt up in the air. Huh? Beginner?
Before bed I enjoyed a lovely Tias Little meditation to make up for it.
Sherry - I always thought YBB has great core work and the squishy ball is good for the pelvic floor, too.
