Beyond Barre
Beyond Barre released 2 DVDs... Fit and Grace. Each DVD has a bonus glide segment. They are $14.99 each or both for $24.99. There are no clips and I can't see how long they are but I emailed them with both questions.

Well, I just bought the 2 DVD set. There are 2 clips showing her workouts on the website. I'm not sure if these are clips from these DVDs but I like the look of her workouts, so I'm taking my chances. I'm absolutely loving the new Pure Barre and Barlates workouts and if these have cardio in them I'll be in heaven. I looked at the gliding mat but I don't want to spend that much. I think I'll modify the gliding with just skaters on the floor and I'm hoping I can use my Cathe disks for the plank work and lunges. I really think I can make it work.

I looked over the back covers but didn't see length times of the workouts. I read thru some of the FAQs and it looks like their classes are 60 minutes. I hope the dvds are at least 45 mins. I want to order these. HMMM...decisions, decisions!

These are not the actual DVDs as far as I know. One of them has been on youtube for a couple of years....the second one, black and white. That is what got so many people interested at the time.

She did 2 workouts for Booya Fitness Streaming which offers a free 1 month trial. You can try out the Beyond Barre workouts along with other fitness instructors. It easy to cancel the Booya Fitness.

I have a sliding board. At last, DVDs for it! aside from the ones that converted from VHS.
