Kimberly Snyder Yoga Detox DVD
Does anyone have this? I have Kimberly s books and am curious about this DVD.

No replies but I ordered and received her new DVD. It consists of 2 hour long workout and 7 minutes pranayama. The first workout is beginner intermediate and the second more advanced. I have only done the first one and liked it very much. The pace was neither too slow nor too fast. The first half hour was standing and the second half hour was floor. It is only Kimberly in a brick wall space with some candles in the background. The music is low and her instruction is very good. I only had to look at the TV a few times.
There are no clips for this DVD but she does have clips from some of her other sequences on youtube. The DVD comes with a DVD, digital access and a downloadable guidebook which describes each asana. The price is $29 shipping included. I intended to do only the standing but got into it and ended up doing the whole hour. This is only available thru her website and is not on amazon. Thankyou for the info!! I've never heard of it.- and I must have totally missed when you originally posted because I love detox/digestion practices. I can't afford anything like that right now (others to buy for), but am very interested now. Thankyou for sharing the info.

I am a sucker for brick wall sets! It certainly looks and sounds lovely. I wish she would post some clips. Thanks for taking the plunge and ordering.
