Anyone Still do Squeeze

Mary has her 3 workouts on special and today is the last day. I have Squeeze Stronger, but while I like it I haven't used in awhile. I like her take on athletic barre and don't have a lot of barre workouts.

I was wondering if anyone still reached for Tracy's workouts?

I got them in a SASE and think I've only done them once. Maybe I'll pull one of them out today and see how I do!

Sometimes I still do the Squeeze Stronger, Tracy cues well and has an inspiring build. The Squeeze original I keep for when I may need an easier workout that takes a lot of stretch breaks. I don't like the Squeeze legs one very much and could get rid of it. After more traditional lunges to work the legs, she does a series of leg lifts/pulses to the front, side, side again, and back which I guess is too long for me. It's really important to work against your pelvic tilt, or keep the pelvis firmly locked down and immovable, and I need more breaks and repositioning to keep the pelvic alignment for that length of time on one leg. And I just feel that I didn't move enough at the end of the workout.

I love the Squeeze Lower Body Challenge. Only a half hour, mostly bodyweight, all standing.

I did the upper body section from Squeeze Stronger the other day. You will fry your triceps with that one!

I really enjoy both Squeeze and Squeeze Stronger. Squeeze is indeed easier and has fantastic stretch chapters. They both have better upper body work than most barre. I would recommend them!

I still do the upper body work from them, though it's been a while since I've done that from Squeeze. It's all I've ever used them for. I do the arms from Squeeze Stronger as an add on and go to the upper body chapter instead of the pre-mix that starts with the inexplicable deadlift warm up. I stop when she starts the waist work. Do a few quick stretches on my own afterward. In about 18 minutes I can fry all parts of my arms, though I agree it's especially good on the triceps, plus get some chest and back work. Definitely earns it the space it takes up and has been more than worth the price I paid.

Unfortunately, I loaned my Squeeze to my boss, and never saw it again .

It's on sale for $7.99.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. I think I'm going to pass and just use the Squeeze Stronger that I already own.
