How long before Squeeze got easier?

I am just starting a Squeeze rotation and boy is it hard! This is even after a 10 week STS rotation.
When did you notice the workout was getting easier, does it ever?

I alternate Squeeze & Squeeze Stronger on Sundays; I generally do both in parts because I don't like certain segments (e.g., I don't like Tracy's abs work). Neither workout is "easy" for me, and I'm often still sore the next day! For the Squeeze arms work, I still can't match Tracy's weights, I usually have to drop down to NO weights, and I still (after almost a year) can't complete all of the reps that she does!!! The "L" series fries me too, and I find the Buns & Thighs work at the wall tough as well.

LOL, no, it doesn't really get any easier. I still end up dropping the weights towards the end of the arm section and flopping a leg down after the pretzel/clam.

Being able to start with a heavier weight was possible after awhile but I always have to lower the poundage or drop the weights, lol.

It's always a challenge. I do it on a day that I have a lot of energy.

I often do the "Custom Squeeze" option on the "Squeeze" dvd. I found the arm work particularly tough when I followed the DVD's order - first "Triceps" and then "Arms". Then one day - I suddenly realized - switch the order. So, now I do the arm work and the tricep work last - much much easier. Not too easy ... just better.

Easier as in easy?? Hasn't happened yet.

I remember the first time I did Squeeze, it came to The L and I died (or my butt did). I mean, after a handful of reps, I was done and hurting. Ditto the next time, and the next time.

After a month or two (and starting to include other barre stuff) I put Squeeze into the machine, and when it reached The L I waited for the pain. And it didn't come. I mean, I felt it, and I felt worked, but I made it the whole way through.

I still feel it every single time, but I feel stronger and the absolute agony and unable to move anymore is no longer there.

Now then, her armwork.... still dying. And at the very lightest weight.

I actually really like her L shape exercise, I was surprised to hear her say most didn't like it. lol

Kelly, when she says that people don't like it, I think she just means that they find it really tough!

I did most of Squeeze Stronger today--ouch!
