Wait, Kelly has them both, and I think she was asking about weights used in the original Squeeze. I think 5s and 8s would kill her! If not, she's superwoman. For the original, I can now use 3s without wanting to cry. I used to have to use 2s and sometimes no weight.
For Squeeze Stronger, I can get through all the biceps but just two sets of shoulders using 8s. I have to drop down to five for the last set of shoulders. When Tracy drops down to 3s for chest and other work, so do I.
