Squeezing in "Squeeze Stronger"

OK I am in LOVE with this workout because it is super effective and all but man 80 minutes? Who else is doing this and how do you fit it in during your week? I would love to know.

I have NEVER done the whole thing; I only do the premixes.

This is maybe my all time favorite work out. It's my saturday work out, and I do all of it most of the time. SOMETIMES though I skip the clam pretzel combo because it really doesn't do anything for me (no matter how hard I try it's just easy!). So yes, saturday work out is it for me.

I also do the premixes. Haven't done the whole workout in its entirety yet. I love this workout.

I've done this all the time at the entire 80 minutes.

usually now what I do is do the upperbody as an attachment to my main workout.

Have you tried the clam pretzel combo with a 5lb. ankle weight for each leg? That does the trick for me!!!

I've done the whole thing a few times, but (a) the extra time I need to allow can be problematic, and (b) it kills me. Like, nothing but (groaning) remains left on the floor at the end of it.

I think I only did the whole thing once, when I first got the DVD. I do either Squeeze or Squeeze Stronger every Sunday, but I don't do the premixes--I just mix & match the segments I like. What saves me the most time with SS is that I skip the abs work (I don't like to do c-curve & traditional crunch work for abs); I also usually skip the push-ups b/c after the rest of Tracey arms work, the push-ups seem totally unnecessary!
