Squeeze Strong Bar?

Where do you get the bar Tracy uses in the Squeeze Stronger workout? Is it worth having or can you substitute?

I've used a broomstick, a shower curtain rod, and now I'm using a curtain rod.

If it's long enough, it's fine. I'm not going to pay $40+shipping for something just to have what she's using. I think some people who bought the bar love it, some say it's a waste of money.

Thanks. Yes, if I get the dvd I'll probably try a curtain rod instead or broom handle. Makes more sense.

Oooh I just did Squeeze Stronger this morning! I use a broomstick. Works just fine for me. I don't think I'd ever spring for the bar tho. Maybe if it was at a garage sale or something, but that wont ever happen. So broomstick it is!

How is this workout compared to the P57 workouts? Similar type?

Oh goodness - I feel like its much harder! Tracey is a MACHINE! She fries my arms to the point where I feel like I cant lift up my arms for one more rep. Her pretzel/clam combo is intense for lower body and really makes your butt burn. And the ab work makes my abs burn like no other workout I own. I love this one!

I use a pool stick. It works for me.

I got it on sale for $25 and used it once or twice. My broom handle worked much better.

Oh wow, that sounds great. My husband is going to kill me. I just bought Jari Love the other day and already did the workout, have 2 P57's coming and I keep eyeing this one.
