What is your pure fun workout? - Page 5

This is probably going to sound crazy, but most of my workouts are fun. Or enjoyable, anyway! As for videos I find to be a party in a box, we have

Cathe - Bootcamp, PowerMax
Michael Olajide - First Flight (Round One - or whatever it's called!)

My most fun are: Andre Houle's Cardio Workout and Great Moves Low Jame, Altheatized 1, Gilad Getting Fit in Jerusalem, and TJ.

If I'm already in a good mood, I like running to good music or Itrain Ballet (mostly because of the music).

If I need a pick-me-up in terms of my mood, Cardio Coach in the park.

The Just For Fun series is sold in the DVD compilation Fantastic Four. It also has the Heavenlies with it~Step Heaven and Hi/Lo Heaven.

As an aside: Does anyone here like "Mission Possible". I am soooooooo out of shape after having my little one (A YEAR AGO!!!

) and am sick of Leslie walks... I'm so not ready for my Cathe's or Firms... I noticed Mission Possible while at Christi's site. (I have, and love, Totallt Hot Cardio but only have 30 min to exercise at any given time and don't think I could hang with it anyway...)

Michele, I like Mission Possible, but it is very basic, especially compared to Christi's usual stuff and even Cathe's.
