Seasun Zieger has passed away
I saw a post Kelly Coffey Meyer made on Facebook expressing her sympathies on Seasun's passing. No indication of what happened.
She was so talented! Her step choreography was amazing. The fitness world is a little less bright with her passing.

OMG! One of the sweetest people I've ever met. I wonder what happened.
ETA: Lots of comments on her FB page, but no info. It seems as if she might have just passed away today. So incredibly sad. |

Such a tragic loss. How incredibly sad.
I just did Rock Steady Step on Monday. One of my favourite all-time workouts. In one of her other workouts, she mentions that she is a mom to three boys. How sad for them.

Wow, I was really shocked to see the Facebook posts and came right to VF to find out if you guys knew what had happened! I always loved her workouts too and she seemed like a really sweet and fun lady, so sad

OMG! I'm shocked! I spoke to her once years ago when I had a question on an order. We actually chatted for about 10 minutes. She was so sweet. How incredibly sad and horrible for her family.

Wow, this is such a shock! How very sad, what a loss. She was a fitness inspiration to so many. And so very young. She always had the sweetest personality. I really can't believe it. May her and her family find peace.
