I found a fun workout. I just finished Tracy Long's G-Force - the original one from FitPrime. It was done in 2003 and I still have the clam shell case.
I hadn't done it in a while. I felt worked out from head to toe and no dread factor and no watching the clock. Barb - I'm going to check out your you-tube channel. So, I think my body is telling me it's time to go back and add in some Classic Firms and classic Fitprimes again. For the health benefits, I'll add once or twice a week a drill based Cathe or Tabata. Drawing from past discussions, unless you are working out for a specific goal like a marathon or body building competition, it really doesn't matter what workout system you use so you might as well have fun. |

Bebop, I've been going back in my time machine and doing wonderful step from Kari Anderson and Petra Kolber. I've also pulled out my old CIAs. Of course, that means that much of my cardio is VHS--I need to get the proper equipment and transfer some of these to disk before my VCR dies.

Here is my all time fav modern fun cardio! Plus it's free on youtube!
It's "retro" w/ yung uns dressed in 80's style leg warmers. But the music!! It is divine (for my taste anyway). I like up to date music and oldies. This mixes the two wonderfully. Nice bouncy, funky fun remixes of Fleetwood Mac and the song "Don't you want somebody to love" and other songs from the past. Choreography is simple and clubsih. I sweat, sweat. This is just part 1, there are 5 or 6, I think. Enjoy! Pump it Up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=507P9YJWeTg Ok, here is a better link, it is a youtube playlist with all 8 parts http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BmVnf...A338998EC0A228 |
