Thanks for reminding me of this workout...

I don't know why I haven't done this workout more, I really like it. I am glad that I didn't trade it, I did it today, all of it. Is a good calorie burner. I don't look at the girls in the back, I look at the instructor.

Another good one, is Absolute Kickboxing, I pulled it out and did the cardio only is about 40 minutes also.

Did you find Absolute Kickboxing to be a bit lower in intensity to Sherri's?

It is lower in intensity, but it's also longer. Plus, it has "combat intervals" where you can unleash your inner violence, using a light Bodybar to strike an imaginary opponent. Hurgh!

Absolute Kickboxing has pre-mixes cardio only or Cardio and Intervals or Intervals only. There is also a great core workout at the end. You can choose how hard you want to work.

Yes, I have no such "bar-o-awesomness" to fling around as a physical extension/representation of my inner violence . It is one of those pieces of equipment I have thought about, but just doesn't come up enough to warrant the purchase for me.

Well in that case, may I suggest:

* Kimberley Spreen's Cardio Combat Surge

* Kimberley Spreen's Kick Box Boot Camp

* Mindy Mylrea's All Systems Go

To enable you more Besides Cardio Combat Surge & Kick Box Boot Camp I found this one while searching for workouts using the Body Bar. I'm getting all We have to use that Body Bar right?

ETA: I think Kick Box Boot Camp is on hold. Doesn't look intense. I don't have anything form Karen's, I think that one look fun for moderate intensity days plus have a nice stretch session. Both are on sale at Mary's

You can use a broomstick or a dowel for Absolute Kickboxing in place of the body bar.
