I miss CIA Video

I really miss having new CIA workouts also. They were always so creative & good workouts, too! Many of them aren't dated, as the choreography is so creative. I really wish Greg would/could at least have Sharon in a series of workout dvd's.

Greg was just mentioned in the Kathy Smith/Cathe Friedrich thread. I will repeat what I said there, which is that I miss the great conventions he used to hold every January in Philadelphia. He would hold classes by new instructors and well-known instructors, too. A lot of VFers went and we had a great time.
