K. Spreen's Progressive Strength vs Cardio Combat Surge

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two workouts? Are they different enough to own both? Which of the two is slower/easier? I'm only at an intermediate level and I hear Kimberly tends towards making advanced workouts.

Thank for any info!

I have both of these and like them both, I know not helpful.
Here's what I remember:
Progressive Strength has two approx. 30 minute sections. One section uses dumb bells and a step for some pretty basic toning moves. The only move which I find esp. difficult is a push-up to plank with a row. Then there's a 30 min. section using a wieghted body bar, this moves pretty fast and gets my heart rate up. Many of the moves in this section are similar to moves in Combat Surge but in Surge they're interspersed with kickbox inspired cardio and medicine ball sections. Surge has pre-mixes if you want to do only the medicine ball or only the cardio.
