Someone was asking about this on another thread and I'm just getting around to looking in my vast collection of workouts. These are all probably VHS only.

9701 Donna Read
9804 Dawn Pappas
9806 The Anderson sisters
9901 Andre Houle
2101 Mindy Mylrea Extreme Intervals and Pump Party
2104 Gay Gasper Greatest Step Workout

I was partial to step when I collected these as the floor ones seemed to take up too much room.

I'm not sure where i should cut off for old, but these are my favorite CIAs. I was looking at them as I wanted to do some longer cardio. I was surprised to see that the website's gone

Hi, my name is someone! lol I was asking about them....thank you for starting this thread.

I received 9701 with Donna Read from the Share the Wealth thread and I ***love*** it. I was curious which old CIAs are close in nature to the 9701.

Hi, Jo! I think any of the ones I listed are comparable to the Donna Read - except the 9804 with Dawn Pappas - it's unique but I really like it - there are two other instructors on that video, but I didn't click with them.

9801 with Christi Taylor is another good one.

Now that you've reminded me of these I'm dying to do them again but I am feeling bad with a cold today.

I wonder what happened to their website? Are they out of business?

I thought that they were revamping the website, not out of business. I sure hope that isn't true!!

Here's the response from Greg when I asked him about the CIA site & shooting new videos:

I'm working on a new site and direction for CIA. The studio is still in limbo because they are looking for a buyer. This is why we haven't shot anything. They have closed it temporally. I still shoot other clients at different locations.

I don't know the number, but I still do the Anderson sisters Power Aerobics. I wish I had their earlier one.

Kelly shot her workouts with Greg and I wondered about the set. The window in the background was real!

As for a favorite older CIA, I'll have to say I use Rhonda Cook's SSS (Step, Surge, Sculpt?) fairly often - just the Step/Surge part.

eta- I'm probably the only one because I never hear anyone else talk about it.
