Tonya Larson?

Who else just LOVES Tonya Larson's workouts? I know I do. She is supposed to be coming out with some new ones pretty soon too! I also appreciate her spiritual devotionals she has as an option at the begining of her w/o menu too!

I just bought 2 of hers from Lifeway's $5 sale! I only previewed part of the step one..from what I could tell the devotion part is separate from the workout? It looked like fun but a bit more choreography than I was up to at the time. I'll pull the step one out w hen I have a bit more energy!

I'm really enjoying working out with Tonya. I enjoy her personality and her combos and the music sometimes. They are fun.

I haven't seen the spiritual devotionals and don't plan too, but sounds like they are a good option for those who would appreciate them.

Looking forward to seeing if her new DVD would be right for me too but was hoping for a Bosu workout.
