Sissy, did you order during Tonya's presale?
Please don't hold me to these exact times, but they're close.
The strength premix is about 30 minutes long without the warm up and stretch, but she does stretch enough during the workout that you could probably get away with skipping it if you were tight on time. It's just upper and lower body without the ab specific segment. You do engage your core through the whole workout, though, with the moves on the stability ball and some standing balance work. I wondered about adding just the abs to it, but the whole 10 to 15 minute ab segment is one chapter. You would have to fast forward through the cardio to get to it, so I didn't try.
The cardio premix is shorter - only about 15 minutes. That would make it around 25 minutes if you included the warm up and stretch.
Oh...I forgot to mention earlier that the modifier also does beginner modifications during the strength part. She uses lighter weights for some moves and no weights for some of the lower body work. Sometimes she is on the floor rather than the ball. She uses a playground ball instead of the stability part for some inner thigh work and she balances on a chair for part.
Instead of more rambling, I'll give you a basic breakdown of the times.
Warm up - 5 minutes
Stretch - 5 minutes
Upper - 20 minutes
Lower - 20 minutes
Abs - 10 to 15 minutes
Cardio Premix - 15 minutes
Strength Premix - 30 minutes
Bonus Spiritual Stretch - under 10 minutes
Has anyone else received this? I'm rarely the first person to post about anything. It makes me a little nervous...
