I'm hoping Mary at TotalFitnessDVDs gets to sell this video & can post a clip. She's selling the other four.

Thanks! The review was helpful
I took a chance. I have a BodyBar and Cathe's weighted stick with tubing. I think I'll be set!
I bought Latin Xplosion too.

I just did Amy's kickbox surge and it was great! I am challenged in the coreography department and could not handle her kickbox extreme but this was doable. Some of the combos took a little while to get down and I need more practice but her cueing is very good. My heart rate took a while to get up there but by the end of some of the combos it was fairly high. I may try this with weighted gloves once I get the moves down better.
The core section was good-creative moves using the med ball that really worked the obliques. It also kept my heart rate up.
This is a keeper!

Fitness fly had free postage on two.

How much is postage at CIA? It may work out to be closer than it seems for a two dvd order.

I highly recommend Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Combat Surge. I've done the first half of the workout (so a med ball workout, a kickbox workout and a combat workout - each probably about 8-9 minutes), the second half (one more each med ball, kickbox and combat) and the med ball premix (both med ball sections plus warm-up and cooldown for a 30-minute workout). All three ways I've done this DVD so far were great. Kim's cueing is always so good and I like her selection of exercises. All three types of exercise (med ball, kickbox, combat) are very core focused and I love that.
